Should I take the assessment before booking?
We recommend starting with the assessment so you have a scent direction to explore. You can also reserve directly, then complete the assessment before your visit.
When do I need a customer account?
You can start the assessment without an account. Preview your result straight away. Create an account or sign in when you want to save it. Sign in to reserve your visit, manage appointments, and return to your personal Archive.
Can I book for more than one person?
Online reservations are for one person per appointment. Each guest needs their own customer account and reservation.
How do I choose a time?
Sign in and open Reserve the Lab. Choose a date to see available appointment times. Times are shown in the Lab’s timezone, and your booking is confirmed with a reservation reference.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Open Account and find your booked reservation. Use Cancel to release it. If you would like another time, make a new reservation from the available appointments.
What is my bottle’s Passport?
The QR code on your bottle opens its digital identity. Sign in as its owner to see the private bottle details. Your Archive brings your bottles together in one collection.
